Name: Dalmasca empire

Source: Final fantasy 12

Leader: Ashe

Homeworld: Dalmasca

Ideology: Benevolent

Behavior: Diplomatic, cultural, traders.

Description: Ashe is an excellent example of a good queen/empire. Dalmasca is peaceful and wants to be your friend. They get heavy bonuses to culture and happiness, however, so be sure your "friend" doesn't start converting your cities.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
