Description: Snakes on a spaceship! An aggressive and unfriendly species, despite being benevolent. The shissar care only for nature on a zealous scale. They get maximum benefit to culture, believe benevolent should be universal, and will attack you often if you disagree.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
