Homeworld: Hebridan

Ideology: benevolent

Behavior: peaceful, scientific, cultural, diplomatic.

Description: Used to finish up my first 100 civs (For my first 100 civ game). They're on the lower end of quality for my civs but i don't like deleting my old creations. High production and tourism income, but pays extra in maintainence. An all-around generic civ.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
