Name: Black dragon flight

Source: Warcraft

Leader: Neffarion

Homeworld: Black rock spire

Ideology: Malevolent

Behavior: Greedy oppurtunistic.

Description: Dragons that can turn into humans, how do you not give them a civ? Takes advantage of weakness and likes money. War is a matter of time but not constant. Extra hitpoints on ships, minor bonuses to tech, military, and happiness.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
