Description
Name: Rogue spectres

Source: Mass effect

Leader: Saren Arterius

Homeworld: Skyllian verge

Ideology: Malevolent

Behavior: Aggressive, cruel, oppurtunistic, xenophobic.

Description: One of the few times i show multiple races in a single picture, I consider the geth following saren to be part of his identity. Brutal, tough warriors, the rogue spectres get plenty of bonuses when attacking and invading other races. Gets a free mercenary.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
