Ideology: pragmatic

Behavior: greedy oppurtunistic

Description: wealthy, greedy, and with max bonuses to economy, the pirate lords care only for money. Whether they take your by friendly trade or by force, only time can tell.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
