Functions
While not the fastest, it will still beat many people in a drag race. This runner is meant for servers that reduce the core number. So no matter what the server restrictions are, you can easily adjust for it.

The wheels on the vehicle are kart wheels because they are the best drag wheels in the game. Less air will impact them. They are even better when not powered: they provide great grip, less weight, lower profile, and unrestricted speed.
