Leader: Shaman chirah

Homeworld: stillrise

Ideology: benevolent

Behavior: peaceful, diplomatic, cultural, spiritual.

Description: A minor faction in an elder scrolls game, i made them a civ as part of my first 100 when elder scrolls and stargate were my main sources. Heavy bonuses to culture and tourism. Easily conquered. Extra happiness and lower social construction.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
