Leader: King eplear

Homeworld: Valenwood

Ideology: benevolent

Behavior: expansionist, diplomatic, trader, xenophobic.

Description: As cliche as elves can get. Bonuses to trade and diplomacy but has trouble trusting outsiders at first. Extra strength to defending legions.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
