Notes.
Jelly Killer has a total of 16 Steam achievements, while some of these achievements are missable, as you complete one level, the next level is unlocked and any level can be replayed at any time, so it's no big deal to mop up any achievements that you might miss by just playing the game.

There are no achievements relating to difficulty and the game can be completed 100% playing just on casual difficulty, I would advise that unless you have the patience of a saint or some notable platforming skills, stick to casual difficulty. I'll admit I have neither and even on casual there were three levels that almost made me rage quit and increasing difficulty, adds more traps to the levels, so if you do complete the game on a higher difficulty, I salute you.

The game can be completed playing levels 1 to 53 once and level 54 twice. I would advise that you just focus on completing all of the levels and then going back to mop up any achievements you missed afterwards. Each level only takes 20 to 90 seconds to complete and I've added notes below of suitable levels to replay for any achievements that you might miss.
Gameplay Tip.
Just a quick tip for you, something I totally failed to notice while playing the game and discovered only once I started to edit my video walkthroughs...

Jelly's eyes turn red when you are close enough to possess a human NPC, I wish I had known this as it would have made my life a damn sight easier, I stupidly thought I had to be touching them!!!
Achievement Guide.
First Blood.
To escape a human body for the first time.
One of many unavoidable achievements in Jelly Killer, on level 2 you have to possess a Professor and to exit the level you have to leave his body behind (killing him) and this achievement will pop when you do.
Deadly Pipes.
To enter a pipe holding control of a human being.
Almost impossible to avoid earning, if you try to enter the level exit pipe while in control of a human NPC host, the host will die and you will pop out of their body and this achievement will pop on Steam.
Green Splatter.
To die 32 times.
If playing on a difficulty level higher than casual, this achievement will come very quickly, if you somehow manage to complete the game without earning it just load up level 35, walk left for 1 second and die, reload rinse and repeat untill the achievement pops.
I am a General.
The quickest way to become a general.
This achievement is unavoidable and will pop the first time you possess a General, throughout the course of the game you have to do this many times and I think the first (when the achievement will pop) is level 18.
Groundhog Day.
(Hidden).
This is the first missable achievement, to earn it you must die 4 times in a row in the same place, not literally, what it means is that the same trap or human must kill you 4 times in a row.

I suck at these types of games and this achievement didn't even come naturally for me and if it does not for you, just load up good old level 35, walk left for 1 second and die on the spikes, load up the level again and rinse and repeat till it pops.
Do All Five.
To take in all the five characters’ bodies.
Another unavoidable achievement, to earn this simply possess one of each human NPC type (Professor, Guardian, General, Maintenance Guy and Jetpack Scout).
Training Wheels.
To complete training.
This achievement is unmissable, different people however have claimed it pops at different times,
for me it popped on level 25 when I possessed the Jetpack Scout NPC.
Boom.
(Hidden).
For this achievement you must destroy 16 flying drones by shooting them while you are in control of a Guardian (the human NPC that has a gun you can fire), this is technically missable although I earned as part of my natural progression by level 31.
Headshot.
To get 8 headshots from turrets.
Quite simply, get shot in the head while in control of a human NPC by one of the sentry gun style turrets 8 times (total, does not have to be in one level or consecutively) and the achievement will pop.
Extermination.
(Hidden).
To earn this achievement you must take control of a Guardian and shoot, and thus kill a possessable human NPC that is not another Guardian. Given that almost all of them are required to be able to complete a level you can see that it's not something you would do during a normal playthrough.

If you do miss this, just fire up level 30 as you can take control of a Guardian at the start of the level, then work to your left, drop down and kill the General, shouldn't take more than 15 seconds.
Oops.
(Hidden).
Yet another missable achievement, for this you must try to possess a Cyborg, a non human NPC (Guardians = Blue, Cyborgs = Red). This is highly missable, given the game warns you that you can't take control of them, if you do miss it, try level 23, there might be a quicker level but I can't be bothered to wade through 54 video clips to find it.
Impaled.
To be impaled 32 times holding human body under control.
To earn this achievement you must fall into a spike trap while controlling a human NPC (which will result in the human dying and you popping out of their body) 32 times, in total, does not have to be in one level.

If you fail to earn this as part of your natural progression just load up level 25 there's a Jetpack Scout near the level start and a spike trap right next to him, possess, die, repeat till the achievement pops.
Killing Spree.
To destroy a body 32 times being close to the exit .
To earn this achievement you must exit out of a possessed human NPC while standing near the level exit. My advice is never needlessly abandon your human, you never quite know when you might need them again and if anything they serve as an extra life, and killing them off at the end of the level will mean this achievement comes as part of your natural progression.
Teleportation.
(Hidden).
For this achievement you must use a teleporter 8 times. I have no idea how many teleporters there are in the game, or whether this can be earned as part of your natural progression. As such the first teleporter I came across (level 43) I simply kept going back in and out of it until the achievement popped.
Mission Complete.
To complete the game.
Level 54 is the final level, which has two possible endings with an achievement earned for each, hence you must complete this final level twice. Near the end of level 54 you drop down a hole and there are two teleporters, the one on the left is the real exit and gives you this achievement.
Wrong Place.
(Hidden).
Level 54 is the final level, which has two possible endings with an achievement earned for each, hence you must complete this final level twice. Near the end of level 54 you drop down a hole and there are two teleporters, the one on the right earns you this achievement.
