Behavior: greedy, cultural

Description: Another human-cyborg from mortal kombat. Bad guy in the movies but good at times in the lore so i went with good. A random variety of traits, they start with extra money and defending drones. Very observant. Also bonuses to mass, agility and economy.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
