Description: If i actually made custom greetings (which i might some day) she'll constantly be talking about the maker. And if that happens, I may have to kill her on principle. Starts with espionage and knowing the homeworld of all enemies. That later bonus probibly does nothing for the AI, and i hate to waste a point, but it's just lore fitting. Otherwise, she's rather standard in behavior. Bonuses to observation, ship range, happiness, and ecnomy.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
