Description: While the nephalim from diablo 3 make a good civ, I originally saw this civ concept, and this picture (taken from another game), uploaded by another user. However, the civ would not download properly so i made my own version. Now i can't find the other civ at all. If anyone knows who the other user is, please let me know so i can give credit. Otherwise, a well-rounded civ with bonuses to culture, tourism, trade, and combat strength.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
