Source: Sorcerer's apprentice (movie)

Leader: Horvath

Homeworld: Morgana

Ideology: malevolent

Behavior: scientific, cultural.

Description: Malevolent but not aggressive. Starts with extra administrators and low maintainence.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
