Homeworld: Strahl

Ideology: pragmatic

Behavior: greedy opportunistic cultural trader

Description: Possibly my favorite character in any game, balthier needed a civ. Likeable with max ship range and speed.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
