Leader: Lord harkon

Homeworld: Volkihar

Ideology: malevolent

Behavior: opportunistic cultural

Description: I was torn between this picture and vampire lord form but went with this one. Rather generic vampire race. Tough, fast ships.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
