Leader: Arthas Lich-king

Homeworld: Northerend

Ideology: malevolent

Behavior: aggressive, cruel, cultural

Description: Likes to kill people and then raise them as the dead. High mass. Starbases have a larger area of effect.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
