Leader: Vader

Homeworld: death star

Ideology: malevolent

Behavior: cruel, expansionist, opportunistic, spiritual

Description: I gave the emperor his own civ but vader needed one too. I've got him as more dark-side vader than conflicted. Will declare war often. Scattered bonuses to ships and military.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
