Beskrivning
General goals of the changes are:

Bringing the weaker gods and stronger gods closer together
Buffing aspects that are underused or not used at all
Giving Chinese as a whole a much needed balance iteration
Fixing various gameplay bugs
Providing new more fair and variable maps
