Description: If you've ever seen the show, you know that this guy is an (Censored). Angel or not. As such, i've got them as aggressive with bonuses to ship hp and range.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
