Leader: Jack sparrow (CAPTAIN jack sparrow)

Homeworld: Tortuga

Ideology: pragmatic

Behavior: greedy opportunistic

Description: A pirate but tilting towards the good side a tad. Likes money and starts with extra. Bonuses to agility.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
