Ideology: malevolent

Behavior: cruel, expansive, opportunistic, spiritual

Description: Wants to found a large empire. Respects power, kills those who don't have it. Bonuses to military production and fleet size.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
