Description
After ruining an entire party by killing everyone involved AND getting away from the police, you start phase two of your party-killing spree. This time the party is in the middle of the city. After the previous episode the police are setting up guards at every party hoping a such thing never happen again. Kill everyone involved and DONT let the police get you!
