Description: There are already several necro civs online but i liked this picture better. Your standard aggressive civ. Bonuses to military production and resilience. synthetic.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
