Beskrivelse
Here is a little mod to unbind mods from your saves. All you need to do is, enable this mod, disable the unwanted mod, open the game, and choose 'Continue and Unbind' button when you try to load a save. After that, you can disable this mod to make room for more mods, and re-activate it again when necessary.

If no such pop-up appears with an option 'Continue and Unbind', then you don't need to activate this mod, or you forgot to disable the mod that bound to your save. All this mod does is, forcing the game to continue. Game handles the rest. Depending on the mod, unbinding may result in various things. Does not always succeed in unbinding, but keeping the unbinder active will allow you to keep playing. Back your save up before using.

Tested with all my other mods that bind to a save, and works as advertised. Mods that introduce new content to the game will most possibly not work. For others, the pop-up may keep showing up even after the mod is removed, but keeping the unbinder active allows you to hit continue and keep playing.

This mod is now included with Bigger Inventory, mostly to help those people who are playing with Synergies, but could not get rid of the patch even after it is turned to a 'blank' mod.

Any modder may include this in their mod and/or collection with full permissions as long as credits are given wherever it's appropriate.

This worked well when I decided to merge a bunch of my class mods into one mod pack and the game refused to let me play my characters from those individual class mods. Thank you. This still works well in 2025.

What I am trying to do is copy the vanilla save game and paste to the mod save game, I installed a mod to respec skills and stats and now I am trying to use this mod to unbind any mods to that character, then I copy the mod save file and paste to the vanilla save game folder.

I do not see any "continue and unbind" button. All I see is "resume" then "singleplayer" "lan" "multiplayer".

I enabled the mod and disabled the unwanted mod

Then I load the vanilla game and my character is not there. I have the original character files backed up though, but would be nice to be able transfer my fully respec character back to vanilla.

Any tips?

For those having trouble using this because the button doesn't show up, just remember to move this mod to the top of the load order.
Works great, thanks for the mod!
