As the name implies, they are basic units that can be used to drive vehicles however vehicles can be driven by any soldier but why waste a good soldier when you can use a basic crew man. Inventory for both crew is the same.

Max Health: 200 with a gain rate of 60 health per minute
Max Stamina: 100 with a gain rate of 14 stamina per second

Squad Composition: 2 personnel
Medic ability: Both crew Carry 3 First Aid Kits for self healing only.

Not sure if the OP is still active in this thread, but having just started a GRM conquest for the first time myself, I see the Militia squad has been changed from what it was at initial release. They have gotten rid of the bolt-action riffles and Makarov pistol I am guessing to give the squad more firepower. It now has 3x AKM, 2x AKS-74, 2x Scorpion, and 1x AKS-74U. As a Militia squad, I would prefer it in its original form, now it looks like just another type of Conscript squad.

quick fun fact=molotovs are better that flashes are regular grenades due to damage and fire capabilities also its actually ignores cover rather destroys it also free AT or stolen tank(chances are high if you use molotovs to took out tanks at any tiers or price(quality as well)just aim at the engine twice rapidly
