The Bullet is unlocked through the Jack Slayer[ihrb.wikia.com] achievement. It makes him quite a challenge to unlock, and will require a fair amount of dedication to be able to play as him.

now to get a bullet you need get "Jackslayer" achievement, not "Against All Odds.
