Tired of pills being inconsistent? This is the mod for you! With this mod, the first six pills of your run will be replaced by the following, in no particular order:

- One stat up pill (Health Up, Range Up, Tears Up, Speed Up, Luck Up)
- One stat down pill (Health Down, Range Down, Tears Down, Speed Down, Luck Down)
- One pill that modifies health (Bad Trip / Full Health, Balls Of Steel, Hematemesis, Percs!, Addicted!)
- One pill that spawns flies or spiders (Pretty Fly, Friends Till The End!, Infested?, Infested!)
- One pill that messes with Isaac or the player (Paralysis, I Can See Forever,Amnesia, ???, R U A Wizard?, Retro Vision, I Found Pills, One Makes You Larger / Smaller, Puberty)
- One pill with an active use (Lemon Party, Re-Lax, X-Lax, Something's Wrong..., I'm Drowsy..., I'm Excited!, Gulp!, Horf! Vurp!, Feels Like I'm Walking On Sunshine!, Power Pill, Pheromones, Telepills, 48 Hour Energy, Bad Gas, Explosive Diarrhea, Bombs Are Key)

Hey!, would you do a Mod for me?

I wish we could get rid of the Blue, Green and Yellow Color, that you get after getting a Tears Up Pill, Luck Up, or Speed Up Pills

You left some console outputs in the mod, when I start the game I see a list of pill effects.

check the code of my box of pills mod for my recommended way to make things compatible with any mod that adds damage and shot speed pills

you could probably add this double vision mod's pill to the player-messing pool too:

It shouldn't block custom pills from spawning outright, but it will likely make them more rare given that the first six pills in a run will always be default; I have no qualms with making compatibility patches for popular custom pill mods, given that it likely wouldn't be too hard adding them to my custom categories.

Nice picture usage. Gonna give this a go sometime today because hell I'm all for rebalancing pills
