First: chose 1 strong weapon with dmg of 450 ( Ice pick, Samurai sword, etc...)

Skills

Second: you must max brawler skill tree for aditional melee damage as it shown in this image:

Hold R for 3 seconds and after you release you got achievement!!!

I set every thing like you said, my problem is I press R or E and nothing happens, so I can't hit with maximum damage. I'll keep trying, thanks!

You must set a skills like I explain up on post, it boost dmg that can do hit over 500...max it brawler skill tree and also set strong melee weapon like Ice pick...It must work, i hope you will manage to do it...

Hi, thanks for the guide. It's doesn´t works for me and I dont understand why not. I hold R and nothing happens :\
