[CW 2.0] Sci-Fi SPAS

Not officially made by Lt_Commander like the other sci fi weapons, but i felt it is still a cool idea. This is basically a futuristic SPAS-15 themed around Lt_Commander 's sci-fi white weapons. Weapon was a commission by King Endymion.

Also y'all keep asking for sci-fi weapons of basically anything.

I will port this into a regular SPAS-15 at some point.
