All it does is revert back to the old fenerox head. It won't do anything if you don't have Cosmic Fenerox

@Hoodie it was related. I just needed to change the priority of this mod to make it load after CF so that is would properly overwrite the textures.

@cyman This stopped working today and I'm not sure why. The log doesn't mention anything relating to it. I'm still trying a few things.
