Better Bodies (+ Visual Fixes) (Included in Real Visual Fixes)

Better Bodies acomplishes 4 things:

Tinted bodies have been replaced with custom spritesheets, this make the shades better defined and overall increasing the quality of the sprites
Affected enemies are:
- Mulligoon
- Hive
- Drowned Hive
- Globin
- Gazing Globin
- Mr. Maw
- Mr. Red Maw
- Sloth
- Super Sloth
- Ultra Pride
- Lust
- Pride
- Super Pride
- Dople
- War Without Horse
- Blighted Ovum
- Gurgle
- Walking Boil
- Walking Gut
- Nest
- Rotty
- Crispy
- Begotten
Doing this also inadvertently fixes an issue where these enemies would have a different body colour when afflicted by a status condition which applies a tint. Most notable on Super Pride

Secondly this mod gives Scarred Double Vis a scarred body, previously it was using the standard colouration for its legs.

Thirdly Lust now has a lumpy body in order to match with it's head and the design of Super Lust

Finally, War Without Horse and Blighed Ovum now have white bodies in their delirium forms.
