[BUG] Klingon Ships and Portraits - Fixed Version

Unoffical Fix for "Klingon Ships and Portraits by Lorped"

- Fixed issue with game crashing when selecting Klingon Ships
- Portraits may not work when "Romulan Ships and Portraits - Fixed Version" is activated

From what I can tell the issue is with the species classes file where both the Romulan and Klingon portraits are trying to redefine the Hum/Humanoid designation to add one or the other. A fix seems to redo the file like so:
KLI = {
archetype = BIOLOGICAL

possible = { authority = { NOT = { value = auth_machine_intelligence text = SPECIES_CLASS_MUST_NOT_USE_MACHINE_INTELLIGENCE } } }

portraits = {
"klingon"
}

graphical_culture = klingon_01
move_pop_sound_effect = "moving_pop_confirmation"
}

Same for the Romulan mod with their respective changes. At least that seems to have gotten it working for me.
