you can also put "+sv_rollangle YOURVALE" or any other cvar with a plus sign added to the start into the gmod launch options

You can save it by putting "sv_ rollangle YOURVALUE" or any other cvar into game.cfg in the config folder in the garrysmod folder

I just wish there was a way to make the setting save instead of having to set it every time
