-freq 165 (whatever your monitor hz is)
-refresh 165 ( set to monitor hz)
-noforcemparms -noforcemaccel -noforcemspd (turns off mouse accel)
-nofbo (removes black bars / streches screen)
-stretchaspect (force stretch when using downranked resolution)

fps_override 1
gl_spriteblend 0 - makes your crosshair bold
hud_fastswitch 1 - quickswitch
hud_takesshots 1 - auto screenshot
cl_dynamicxhair 0 - disables dynamic
cl_particlefx 0 - removes smoke/explosions
_ah 0 - remove the helpdog
bind "key" "stopsound" - removes ambient sound

how can i make the fps and net stats go away it was cool for awhile after i put them in the console and now its annoying anyone know how?
