The Fix
Navigate to the following folder:
<path to your Steam folder with Fusion>\steamapps\common\Serious Sam Fusion 2017\Temp\SteamWorkshop\
In there, open text file ContentPath_564310.txt with any text editor, and change its contents to the following:
$<path to your Steam folder with Fusion>/steamapps/workshop/content/564310/
then save the file and restart the editor.

For example, in my case the text in the file looks like this:
$C:/Program Files (x86)/Steam/steamapps/workshop/content/564310/

It's important that (1) there is a dollar sign in the beginning of the string and (2) there is no empty string after the first one. The file should contain only one string.

That's all, folks!
