Pouchkinn II Launcher

Description
Second launcher in the Pouchkinn family, this thing is suitable for going to practically everywhere. First stage has a probe core and airbrakes, so it can be recovered with careful piloting. Brought 3 Kerbals to Tylo and back with ease.

ya if you hold Alt+F12 and click cheats you can enable part cliping in editors
