2/19/2021: oh my god i updated it. its been 3 years since i uploaded this mod (or have done any mod work at all) but here we are. the recipe is fixed! this will most likely be the last time i ever update this. thank you all for the kind messages. my friend Ammolite and i are greatful.

Recipe fixed! now craftable with 10 copper wire, 2 glass panels, 2 static cells and 20 durasteel bars at an anvil. if anyone has any requests for stat changes, let me know, id be happy to run that through real quick.
