Talk to Sir Volodimorte in an inn between Thelos and the Hall of Insights. You'll learns that he needs a pair of glasses that he can wear without a nose.
Head to Thelos, talk to a woman selling novelty glasses (she's on the street between the Coalition mage & soldier statue and Fargus Windmill). You will have to spend 5000 radiants to get a pair of glasses (yeah, that's right, 5000 gold for a stupid pair of joke glasses).
Give the glasses to Volodimorte to receive the belt.

Iola, IX Boots:
Speak with a merchant in Thelos (on the street heading towards Schwarzwindt's (sp.?) statue) standing in front of a pile of broken jars. The pottery merchant will ask you to bring a "green scroundrel" to justice.
Leave Thelos and go west to the mountain ruins (this is the same map that you first explored in the dream intro). Head towards the elven camp (currently occupied by bandits/barbarians/whatever) and speak with Lunk. He will turn hostile. Kill him.
Speak with the pottery merchant again to receive your reward.


Markus, IX Ring; Biaeo, IX robe: Brave, brave Sir Ruben!
Speak with Sir Ruben in front of Schwhatisshername's statue in Thelos. Agree to eliminate the portals for him.
Head out and destroy all the portals (simply kill every monster that spawns in the arena and they will shatter).
When you have destroyed FIVE portals, speak with Sir Ruben to get the IX Ring.
When you have destroyed all NINE portals, speak with him again to receive the IX Robe (this thing has ridiculous stats...).

The Collar of Magic, IX Necklace: Paradigm Atchett (RIP Terry Pratchett)
Speak with Paradigm Atchett in Thelos. He stays in the inn near the palace.
Retrieve two artifacts for him - one is in the desert map, one is in the Unseen Academicals.
Bring them to Atchett and he will give your his masterpiece.
