Archive with all official plugins, that are not in steam-version of Morrowind. I took official plugins from here[en.uesp.net], but they there laid out separately, if you want install all plugins, download archive, as not to strain with installation and save yourself time.

Installation
Move you folder Data Files in local Morrowind files by address
The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind\Properties\LOCAL FILES\VIEW LOCAL FILES...
After that, check whether plugins are included in game launcher, if not, then mark them double click of LMB.
