"A preview of a project I'm working on alongside Beyond Typus, Part 3.

(Text from the screenshot below)
The 3rd new bookmark of 7: Timur the Lame (2nd of July 1387)

Last week About a 1½ weeks ago, I talked about the final 7 institutions of the 1X planned. This week, I'll go to the other end, and talk about the first 4. All 4 will have already spawned before the earliest start, just like Feudalism in vanilla, but will allow a better distinction between different levels of advancement in different areas for the earlier start dates.

Agriculture
The development of planting and harvesting food, as opposed to hunter-gatherer or exclusively pastoral societies.
-Present in nearly the entire world at start, only lacking in a few very remote & poor areas.

Literacy
The development of reading & writting, conveying information of at least a moderately complex meaning in a standised way.
-Allows the Clergy estate. Present in nearly all the Old World, and parts of the New World.

Feudalism
The development of hierarchical structures of a feudal (or analogous) nature, including multi-tiered levels of vassalage or obligation such as caste systems or serfdoms.
-Allows the Nobles estate. Present in the majority of moderately advanced societies.

Guilds
The development of like-minded professionals forming organisations to advance shared interests in the context of societies advanced enough to possess specialisation of labour.
-Allows the Burgher estate. Present in only the richer parts of the Old World (Europe, North Africa, Middle East-Persia, India, South Asia & East Asia) and perhaps even Mesoamerica.

(Note the estate interactions are all theory, and dependent on how Paradox changes estates in 1.26)"

Well it is still early days, so nothing is even close to decided, but my initial inclination is towards a Horde government, or even a new unique type, which then stabalised during or at the end of Timur's reign into a more Persian type.

Do the Timorids still have Horde government? and if not will they in earlier starts?
