[DarkRP] NLR Cooldown

Description
This addon is controlling when you are able to respawn after your death.

With the command "!controldeathmenu" or short "!cdm" you can edit the time, for how long you cannot respawn.
Only a admin or higher can edit it.

Notice: The addon was made for DarkRP, but should work for every other gamemode too.

Hey I died in my P2P game and got this error:

I can't stress this enough but G-Mod needed this add-on desperately. I can't even begin to tell you how annoying it was that you re-spawned so fast it was actually an advantage to die. You could kill someone and they would be back fully stocked before you could even spawn so much as a med-kit.

I can edit this addon so it is going to disable prop spawning etc. when you are dead. Will update in a few hours.

AYYYYYY I'm the guy below but on a new account.

Can you add something to this that removes the ability to spawn stuff when you're dead? Or make that a seperate addon.

Now we just need it to disable item spawning for dead people.
