Description


Adds all the coloured MMs I've done so far. They can be bought at a custom machine (that can be crafted at the inventor's table). The MMs are separate items, and this mod can be used in conjunction with the client side versions.

Mix and match! Maybe you want a rainbow MM and a black n blue paint tool, its up to you!

This may have bugs as adding 30 different MMs gets a little vexing. Please let me know if I have buggared anything.

As of this writing I am taking a break from custom MMs (except bug fixing of course), I will take note of suggestions however they will be on the bottom of my to do list :P.

You can use the search bar to find your fav colour:

Works best with the MM Configurator, however you can use it without

I have no plans on updating any of my MM mods. I am a little burnt out :P. I have template on how to make your own MM skin if that works for you?

I really liked this mod, but unfortunately the Manipulator Skin Pack doesn't work when I try to use it (I think it must conflict with other mods I use) so I use the Purchasable Manipulator Pack.
So I wanted to know if it would be possible to update this one too to add more options.
Maybe add more modules based on the species' ships?

@ashen the game is a spaghetti-code mess that has the matter manipulator hardcoded in. It's not as simple as changing an item in a hotbar slot because it's (probably) not even an item.

why is it just an item and not a tool that when used is consumed and replaces the default MM sprites. also if you could show the ids thatd be nice for people who want to actually use them as a replacer

There is a folder called storage in your main starbound folder. In that there is a file called starbound. It's a log and there is usually helpful information in there about errors n shiz.

For some reason the recipe for the machine itself isn't appearing in the inventor's table, even in admin mode. Am I missing something here?
