Description
Trusted by law enforcement for centuries, the Chaprell Modality police edition is sure to stand up to the test of time while being able to catch up to all those dirty criminals. In fact it’s so tough it doesn’t need a bullbar! That’s the quality of Chaprell.

This was made for a challenge in The Glitch (discord server). We had to build a police car from scratch in 5 hours.
I did it with 14 seconds remaining.
After the challenge I added a steering wheel from batteries because mine sucked.
It's based off a Crown Vic and Grand Marshal.
