Description
Sick of the AI building only 2 armies on turn 100 when you know they must have a million bucks sitting in the bank right about then! Well look no further cause the AI just got a little bit smarter about its budget.




*******************************************WHAT DOES THIS MOD DO**********************************

Changes values to ai total spending junctions, behaviour junctions, and personality junctions.

Many mods say they do this but everyone of them I've come across fails to do so. Most in fact simply give the ai an increase in funds, but this doesn't mean that they will spend it. So without further ado, I give you this, a mod that does what so many couldn't, makes them spend money.

*********************************************HOW DOES IT DO IT*******************************************

I've changed values in three tables as I have come to find that these three tables have the greatest impact on the ai spendings, therefore they spend more of their hard earned money on units. The pictures above are as proof to this point.

The one thing I found that most mods similar to this one didn't have was the EXCESS RECRUITMENT slot. This is becuase in Rome 2's file this is gone, but take a look in Napoleon Total, Shogun 2 or Empire and you'll find it. So I added it in, along with MERGE UNITS, becuase this too was missing.

NOTE- This mod is not a cheat for the ai.

The ai builds huge armies; sure, but only if it has the budget. In the pictures above I gave all the ai a base income of 20,000 denarii and a boost of 20 recruitment slots. I did this to see if in fact they would spend it and they did, building massive armies and giving me awesome battle after awesome battle.

Does it affects the morale? It seems that in the last tries (not this mod in particular but other mods has a similar name) had the enemy fighting to the death from celtic slingers to general bodyguards

Use this with aggressive Ai and Edit SF so you have 40 units per army lmao

Still works, this has made the game what it should of been for me.
Huge battles and I now have to actually think when i invade rather then just snowballing. Even with max armies and navies I still had to use strategy when fighting the only faction left. Use this with 40 unit armies and Ai cheats 2.0 for an amazing time.

Hi Wulfgang, sorry to hear that mod doesn't work, but maybe you can try my other mod. AI Cheat 2.0, https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1685242488 . It'll make the AI create armies by simply giving them a -55% discount on units and upkeep on Very Hard. Hard difficulty its about -20% and Legendary is a Cheat for both AI and Player, allowing a -99% discount on units and upkeep and a +20 unit recruitment per region. Neither mod affects the AI diplomacy though, these tables are not in the mods but that those tables are in many other mods so if you have multiple mods, check them to rule out that passive AI thing. Again, sorry man. This is about the best I can I do, hope it works.
