Titan IV Heavy lift vehicle with a Centaur-T upper stage

Staging follows real flight plan (video by Raiz Space shows flight paht of real Titan IV in RSS):
- Booster ignition and liftoff (TVC tanks on SRBs provide gimbal control)
- SRBs throttle down as gravtiy turn progresses (tilt 5-10 degrees and follow prograde after a few km of vertical ascent)
- Stage 1 LR-87 (2x KS-25) ignition as boosters reach final thrust phase
- Booster sep after engine light
- Faring sep at ~60km altitude
- Stage 2 LR-91 hot stages after Stage 1 burnout
- Stage 1 Sep immediately after LR-91 light
- Centaur-T and payload separate from Stage 2
