Sub Modifications of "Very Hard Campaign Overhaul"

Description
Campaign difficulty handicaps effects reworked, optimised and tested thoroughly
Compatible with any other mod or overhaul
Submod of "Very Hard Campaign Overhaul" - Do not subscribe if you are already subscribed to that overhaul.

This modification adjust all settings to Radious making upkeep for Ai much more expensive and slight changes to other effects.

vanila version ---> Difficulty

new update mae Very Hard and Legendary difficulty more playable. Stats are closer to Hard therefore it feels more realistic.
