Deep in the Bavarian hills sits Castle Ventilstein, the region's largest tourist
attraction. However, the tourism is not appreciated by all local citizens. Due to
the rapid urbanization of the immediate area, many locals wish the castle would cease tourism
operations.

The current owners of Castle Ventilstein have decided that much of the castle is not
in good condition, and needs immediate renovation. Due to bribes made to the Bavarian government, some of these "renovations" are poised to bring industrial structures into the castle, thereby destroying history. A group of these nearby locals form a plan during this so-called "renovation" to sabotage the castle in a desperate attempt to prevent future tourism. The potential target of this attack is either the west wing, inside the chapel, or the east wing, inside the former armory.

However, both locations can not be sabotaged as the German Counter-Terrorist force has already been alerted to the situation. Time is limited for the locals to preserve their way of life.
