The hardest part of playing this game is understanding what the other side sees. As a gambler your aura is revealed to the killer when they are near you, and as a devil your heart beat is heard by the gambler when you are near, but neither side can see both at once.

As you can see, all 3 killers have the same heart beat range, with the heartbeat being softer on the edges and louder as the killer approaches. The bride clones have the same heartbeat range that she does, but the clones heartbeat does not get softer as you go away from them (they're always full volume). When the Bride teleport to one of her clones the tempo of the heart beat will change momentarily, this way you can tell when she just teleported to her clone if it's near by.

For all killer, the maximum range of the lunge attack is about a little short of the heartbeat range, so you can lunge from just inside of the heartbeat range to catch someone off guard.

Prince Aura Reading

The Aura reading range for all killers is larger than their heartbeat range, so if you can hear their heartbeat they would have already been able to see you. Also the Prince's aura reading is *HUGE* almost 30-40% larger than the other 2 killers. And of course, when the prince uses his ability, both his heartbeat range and aura reading range drop to 0.

A good strategy for the prince, then, is to scout around and stalk people using your giant aura reading range, the use your ability to close the distance when you know they are distracted. This is made easy by the giant buffer between the princes heartbeat and aura reading.
