FederalSignal UltraStar LED Beacon

Description
The UltraStar is a rotating LED beacon made by the Federal Signal company, for all uses in cars, busses, towtrucks, wherever you'd need a rotating warning light.
Attaches just below the yellow colored piece, only leaving that to stick out.

*NOTE* check that the beacon isn't attached to a scalable or anything else before complaining that it doesn't rotate, it is tried and tested in a big variety of applications.

Considering that this creation is meant to be a part of other creations, you should just let us use it provided that we give credit, otherwise people asking for permission constantly could get annoying
